With 3CX  v12.5 the Totalview Switchboard just got even better.  Let us take a look at the new features.

– Now you can answer calls directly within the Totalview Switchboard – hands free of physical phones. This new feature makes it faster and easier for the receptionist to answer incoming calls and reduces customer wait time.

– You can choose to answer a call from other phones than your own. With this feature the reception can reduce the number of missed customer calls.

– You can take a call back after you have made a transfer and the call is not answered.  This means that calling customers will won’t encounter a dead end.

All features will be available in the next version of Totalview.
